One of those cherished partners is the SafeHaven Humane Society, a no-kill animal shelter located in Tangent, Oregon that works tirelessly to save the lives of dogs, cats, and small animals while promoting the human-animal bond.

Who SafeHaven Is and What They Do

SafeHaven Humane Society is a private, nonprofit animal shelter with a mission to provide care and find loving homes for pets in need. As a no-kill organization, they pledge to care for animals in their custody until they find their forever families, offering a safe, supportive environment guided by compassion and respect.

SafeHaven relies on donations, grants, and community support—not government funding—to operate, and they serve hundreds of animals and prospective adopters each year through their adoption programs, spay & neuter services, pet wellness clinics, and community outreach.
