Eleven years ago we bought a car from the previous owners of what is now Toyota of Corvallis (ToC). Of the twelve cars I have owned that was the worst buying experience of them all and I vowed never to buy another Toyota. Recently however, after researching new cars, a specific Toyota seemed to best fit my driving needs. A friend suggested that ToC was under different management and their recent buying experience had been excellent. An online inquiry about a car at ToC resulted in a call from Maya. After explaining that I wanted to eliminate some vehicles from my list she suggested I come in for a test drive. Maya arranged for two cars in the lot for a side-by-side comparison. After driving both we left with absolutely no pressure to buy. Over the ensuing days Maya did her best to find the specific model for which I was looking. There were none on the horizon. At the end of the week Maya called with an offer on a new vehicle one trim higher than I wanted but at the price of the lower trim vehicle which I wanted. We closed the deal that afternoon. Like any normal person I dread buying a new car. But these guys made it as painless and fast as possible. Over a couple of days via text I negotiated a great price and sent my info, and I only had to spend 20 minutes doing paperwork there before I could drive away in my new ride. The only minor negative was they tried to sell me a protective coating and extended warranties, but it was not a hard sell and I didn't get any pushback when I declined.

Emilio Olvera at Toyota of Corvallis was fantastic to work with. I'd been looking for a specific vehicle and saw it available on a Saturday. I called the dealership and Emilio answered all of my questions about the vehicle. I decided to test drive the car on the next day, and the dealership told me Emilio had the day off. He was kind enough to come in on his day off and let me test drive the vehicle, answer a bunch more questions, and finally make the sale. I realize there is incentive for him to do this, but he was so kind and fun to work with. I asked a lot of (probably irrelevant and silly) questions, and he was so patient and helpful. Toyota of Corvallis and Emilio were fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend working with them!
