From the time you take your car in to have it serviced until they finish, every person you encounter is friendly. When the service on the vehicle was complete, I had questions about some of the features on our car. The person who had checked me in left his desk and came out to my car to show me how to operate those features. Until I had driven the car a while, I didn’t know what wuestions to ask.

I had a great experience at Toyota Subaru of Corvallis. My service advisor was Griffin, he was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and wasn’t pushy on anything. He told me what was going on and what the issues where, as well as what needed to be done now and what could wait until later. Kallie was the technician who worked on my car, seemed to do a great job as well! Pricing is admittedly a bit higher than other shops around, but it’s comforting knowing they have loads of experience with my exact make and model. Overall, great experience and will highly recommend (if budget allows).
