Nice dealership. The salesman told me it's some high tech green building. The roof is covered with solar panels and they make a bunch of extra power. . Everyone that I had contact with here was nice and professional. I like when a salesman knows all the bells and whistles about the stuff they sell. These guys did. I ended up buying another brand car but would go back here in the future when it's time.
I bought my 2024 Tacoma here while I wasn't thrilled with the price I do love my truck. However, I will not return to the service department. I have called multiple times with issues, and they were busy, so I left messages that were never returned. I had a service done by Albany Toyota and it didnt go right and when Corvallis was going to charge me for it and I pleaded my case, he didnt argue with me or make me feel un heard. I recently stopped at the Corvallis Toyota Dealer to have my right headlight replaced. The mechanic was great. He was able to get on it right away. He was talkative and friendly and even showed me how to replace the bulb for next time. The whole process took only 10 or 15 minutes. And he happened to charge me only for the bulb and did not charge for the labor. I walked out paying a little less than $25 and was a very happy man.
