What Is the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program?
The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program (OCVRP) is designed to help drivers in Oregon adopt cleaner transportation. Oregon residents who purchase or lease a new, eligible battery electric vehicle (BEV) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) can apply for rebates directly to offset a portion of their vehicle cost.1
