During the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the service department at Toyota of Corvallis will remain open and operate in full capacity where possible. Since vehicle servicing is considered an essential service during the pandemic, it is still possible to get the maintenance and repairs you need for your vehicle.

Everyone at Toyota of Corvallis is taking the Coronavirus pandemic seriously, and many practices are being put into place to protect our customers and staff. Even if our sales practices have moved over to online-only methods for the time being, nothing can replace the hands-on nature of vehicle maintenance and repair. Luckily for our customers and staff, we have ways to still provide quality service, even during this unusual and unique time.

How to Schedule “Stay Home” Service

First: It all begins with a phone call. Just call 541-754-1515 to get things started. Call between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday to make sure someone is there to answer the phone. Saturday hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, so call early if your car needs service on a Saturday. The Service Department is closed on Sundays.

Second: You will need to confirm your services with a service advisor over the phone and they will give you a vehicle pick-up timeframe. This timeframe should be a range of about 30 minutes.

Third: Before your vehicle gets picked up, your service advisor will send you a picture of the driver who will pick up your car. Please maintain standard social distancing of six feet when giving a key to the driver. For example, you could set the key out for the driver to pick up when they arrive and speak with them from a distance if you would like.

Fourth: Expect another call when the service is completed. At that time, your service advisor will collect your payment through a credit or debit card. Due to the pandemic, we cannot accept cash or check payments with the “Stay Home” service option.

Fifth: After payment is received, the driver will deliver your vehicle back to you.
