Returning for the 2020 model year, the Toyota Camry comes in eight trim levels, not including hybrid options. That is more than a lot of mid-size sedans get in terms of trim levels these days. But the high number of Camry trim levels is not an accident.
Including hybrid options brings the trim level options up to eleven. That way anyone who wants a Camry can get the right kind of car with the right options and equipment. The following chart is meant to show the starting MSRP and two features, so you know which one to go for when you’re ready to buy.

To simplify the trim levels, they go in order from lowest to highest: L, LE, SE, XLE and XSE. There may be alternative engine options and hybrid variations on each trim level, but the other features all come down to those core five trim levels. The most popular is the regular SE non-hybrid trim, right in the middle of all the options.
